Google Classroom is a free web service, developed by Google for schools, that aims to simplify creating, distributing, and grading assignments in a paperless way. The primary purpose of Google Classroom is to streamline the process of sharing files between teachers and students.
Thanks to one of our Teachers we have a great video guide for how to get started on Google Classroom, there is a guide below on how to log in for first time users.
Go to https://google.com/classroom
In the right hand top of the page you will see nine dots in a square, click this and then the Google Classroom app.
Pick the correct role, ie student.
You can now get access to Google Drive and Google Classroom, giving you access to your work anywhere.
You can add classes by clicking the plus sign and create class.
Each teacher will give out a code to join their classroom.
