Installing Adobe

As a result of College closures, student access to Adobe Creative Cloud in classrooms is not available. Adobe has provided temporary at-home access for impacted students and Teachers, so that they can continue their work remotely. Please follow the instructions below to enable access to Creative Cloud Desktop Apps on your personal device.


Important!

Step 1

If you have already tried to Install adobe or have a trial verson on your computer it must be uninstalled.

If not then proceed to Step 2

In windows 10 click 'Start' and then Settings as below.

Click on Apps

Apps

Then find any adbe products in the list and click on them, and then click uninstall.

Step 2

Go to: https://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud.html

In the top right, click sign in

Sign In

Click continue with Google as below

Sign In

Sign in with your Franklin Email Address

Email Address

Enter your Franklin Email/PC password

Not your MAC password

Done

Important!

Click 'Enterprise'as below otherwise it will not work.

Under 'Your Services' Click open.

Next Click the "All your apps" button as below.

Apps

From here you can download any of the products you need, Click download on the products you need.

You should see this on the bottom left of your web browser.

When download is finished double click and follow the on screen prompts.
