Google Meet is a video-communication service developed by Google. It is one of two apps that constitute the replacement for Google Hangouts, the other being Google Chat.
You can find Google Meet by signing into your Franklin Google Account and going to the App list in the top right.
Or go to the following address: https://meet.google.com/ on a compatible browser, nearly all modern one’s work, Chrome, Firefox, the new Edge.
You should then see the follwing screen once logged in.
How ever: If you get the error: browser not supported - as below - please follow the instructions below.
Please check you are using a compatible browser, nearly all modern one’s work, Chrome, Firefox, the new Edge. NOT IE (internet explorer) or the old Edge and that your browser is up to date.
In most browsers, you can clear the cache in either the settings or options menu. The keyboard combinations Ctrl + Shift + Del (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) bring up the necessary deletion screen in most browsers as well.
Close the browser and try again, that should of now fixed the issue.
